We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative in Toronto – a role that is critical in making sure our customers get the electricity, heating and cooling they need.

What you’ll do:
  • You will be based out of Toronto, ON
  • Convert transactional incoming calls generated by marketing campaigns or website traffic into sales
  • Successfully manage all assigned inbound leads and convert them into sales
  • Initiate the qualification of potential customers and collaborate with the designated Sector Sales Representatives
  • Create and maintain relationships at key levels with other Inside and Field Sales representatives
  • Have a general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressors
  • Focus on speed of resolution of customers’ needs as opposed to relationship building
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (i.e.: Salesforce)
  • Acute attention to details and data driven problem solver
  • Excellent ability to learn new concepts and a dynamic personality
  • Proficient with Microsoft products and excellent communicator
