Qualifications

  • Must be able to work an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 8pm.
  • 2+ years of related sales experience.
  • Experience in indirect automotive or consumer lending is an asset.
  • Valid Driver's license required.
  • Successful track record of growing sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

Purpose Of An Inside Sales Representative

The Sales Representative will service multiple dealers across Canada. The position involves building a book of business, managing a set region, and encouraging the adoption and usage of our programs within the current and future dealers in the designated area.

Success

The goal is to have dealer agreements signed in Dealer Track (DT), application submissions and those applications approved and funded. A Sales Reps success will be in the volume and quality of deals submitted by their dealers.

  • Dealer Engagement, you offer an exceptional client experience by providing support and providing the best client experience and connecting on a personal level to make every interaction meaningful.
  • Problem Solving, listen, ask questions and lead with empathy by putting yourself in the dealer's shoes to efficiently resolve issues.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset, act like an owner by taking accountability for issues, and knowing when to collaborate and use your team to find the right solutions.
  • Product Knowledge, deeply understand the products offered by Northlake Financial, and proactively recommend products that will help achieve their financial goals.

Requirements Of An Inside Sales Representative
  • Must be able to work an 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, between the hours for 8am and 8pm.
  • 2+ years of related sales experience
  • Experience selling in indirect automotive or consumer lending, financial services is an asset
  • Post-Secondary education in Business or Commerce is an asset
  • Valid Driver's license
  • Dexterous in using productivity tools and end-user software including MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal
  • Successful track record of growing sales and ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
Compensation
  • Base Salary starting at $40,000 annually
