Inside Sales Rep (Sleep Support Advisor) - Full Time - Toronto ON

Primary Purpose

Receive and process client walk-in or phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered, along with showroom sales and inquiries from walk-in clients. Accountable for meeting sales targets associated with Linde Canada's sleep business.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Educate clients and fit for CPAP Therapy equipment
  • Meet store sales and margin targets working with Territory Manager and Customer Service Team
  • Work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner
  • Perform customer service activities including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments, and resolving problems
  • Stock shelves and set up promotional materials
  • Work with vendors to educate all staff on CPAP therapy products
  • Provide complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, ensuring ongoing accuracy of customer information
  • Support the Territory Managers by balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties, helping the team achieve sales targets
  • Collect payments to ensure customer accounts are current
