Title: Inside Sales Associate

Location: St. Catherine\'s, ON

Duration: Contract

Responsibilities
  • Looking for candidates with Social Media Experience (Customer Service Call Center/Sales experience preferred).
  • The candidate will help support and expand our large social media self-serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutions.
  • Proactively outreach to decision-makers over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisements by optimizing their ad performance and increasing their investments.
  • The assigned book of business will be on a quarterly basis, with new accounts assigned on a monthly basis.
  • This role is expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and drive higher advertising spend for small and medium size businesses.
  • Improve client experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption and manage a portfolio of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue.
  • Provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products.
  • Become an expert on all Social Media Advertising solutions.
  • Ability to identify trends and solve problems.
  • Provide vital product insights feedback from their own experience using Social Media Products and share feedback from advertisers.
  • Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using Social Media products.
  • Use a variety of tools to communicate effectively and drive advertiser businesses to success.
Basic Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED; minimum 1 year of customer service or related experience
  • Prefer experience working in a sales environment with sales targets or quotas
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work all shifts as required (including holidays)
  • PC skills and keyboarding skills
  • High level of professional customer service and sales mindset, passion for driving sales through adoptions and spend
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Flexible and quick learners, able to adapt to evolving needs of the business and customers
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills with good judgment
  • Demonstrate speed, agility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
