Overview

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities tailored to individual student needs
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development in a nurturing environment
  • Collaborate with team members, families, and community partners to create personalized learning plans
  • Assist children with daily routines, including caregiving tasks such as feeding, hygiene, and self-help support
  • Monitor and document each child\'s progress, providing feedback to parents and team members
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
  • Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate children and their needs
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications
  • Valid Infant/Toddler License
