• Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists in Ontario.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to travel at least 30 minutes to patients’ homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide hands-on and virtual physiotherapy tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure safety and compliance during patient evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on recovery and independence.
