Job description

Overview

We are looking for a versatile IT Generalist with strong expertise in AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC) to support multiple lines of business. This role will work across PowerEdge (servers), PowerScale (storage), Data Protection Solutions (DPS), and provide some support for PowerStore. The ideal candidate is adaptable, able to work across different technologies, and comfortable supporting a range of enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and expertise across PowerEdge, PowerScale, DPS, and PowerStore solutions.
• Apply AI and/or HPC knowledge to customer environments and use cases.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and support of solutions.
• Adapt quickly to different products and customer requirements as needed.
• Engage with customers onsite in Ottawa to deliver hands-on support.

Requirements

• Canadian citizen (mandatory)
• Must be located onsite in Ottawa, Ontario
• Must have lived in Canada for at least 10 years
• Strong experience with AI and/or HPC
• Familiarity with PowerEdge, PowerScale (Isilon), Data Protection (Avamar, NetWorker, Data Domain), and PowerStore
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work across multiple technologies
• Security clearance not required, but Secret or Top-Secret clearance is a strong asset
