A leading international defense company is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support client groups across Canada. This role involves coaching management, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with HR legislation. The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of HR experience, including four years in an HRBP role, with a background in the aviation or military industry. Expected Salary: $67,021 to $83,776
To determine final salary, Babcock considers a variety of factors including the successful Candidate’s skills and experience and internal equity. The final base salary offer is at the Company’s sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
