Qualifications

Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees to understand business needs and align HR solutions accordingly.
  • Provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Support leaders with coaching and workforce planning strategies to ensure team effectiveness.
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Champion employee engagement and drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
  • Support the execution of employee feedback initiatives (e.g., surveys, focus groups) and help turn insights into action.
  • Promote a workplace culture rooted in respect, integrity, and continuous improvement.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support end‑to‑end hiring, including interviewing, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure hiring managers are well‑prepared to welcome new employees and set them up for success.
HR Programs & Compliance
  • Deliver and execute HR programs such as compensation reviews, talent assessments, succession planning, and policy implementation.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies while ensuring documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion, ensuring confidentiality is maintained.
HR Metrics & Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, measure progress, and support data‑driven decisions.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance HR service delivery and employee experience.
