Job summary

The opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused HRIS Reporting Consultant ideally with experience in Ceridian Dayforce, to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in HR data reporting and analytics, with hands-on experience in HCM modules such as HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, configure and optimize Dayforce reporting tools, and support data-driven decision-making throughout the implementation and post-deployment phases.

Your key responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Dayforce reports and dashboards to support HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HRIS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Time & Attendance.
  • Support system upgrades, configuration changes, and new module implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with Ceridian support when needed.
  • Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data definitions, and system configurations.
  • Train members and end-users on Dayforce reporting capabilities and best practices.
  • Participate in audits and compliance reporting as required.
Skills and attributes for success
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Systems.
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR reporting roles, preferably with Dayforce HCM.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data transformation techniques (e.g. Joins, Aggregations, Grouping, etc.), Data Visualization tools, and Excel
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and data structures.
Ideally, you’ll also have
  • Experience with Dayforce Data Integration Studio (DIS) or Dashboards Pro
  • Experience developing new Dayforce Reporting topics, including V2 and V1 (SQL-based) Report Topics
  • Knowledge of relational database design and management
