Job Title: HR Transformation Program Manager
Location: 100% Remote, Canada
Experience: 8+ Years

Role Summary

NearSource is looking for an experienced HR Transformation Program Manager to support a large-scale organizational redesign within the PPL function. The role partners closely with executive leadership to drive structure, governance, and alignment across multiple transformation workstreams. This position enables disciplined execution and strategic decision-making across a fast-paced, enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a unified transformation portfolio dashboard capturing milestones, risks, interdependencies, and KPIs across all workstreams
  • Establish portfolio governance routines to ensure visibility, prioritization, and effective decision-making
  • Align PPLs operating model evolution with CPO priorities and enterprise initiatives
  • Develop templates, standards, and reporting tools that enhance clarity, accountability, and delivery discipline
  • Anchor all PPL Transformation programs around AI-enabled automation opportunities
  • Partner with an external consultancy to program manage workflow optimization across COEs, PBPs, and internal PPL teams
  • Coordinate workstream deliverables and ensure outputs integrate into the broader PPL operating model
  • Define success metrics, manage cross-functional dependencies, and structure workstream plans
  • Lead working sessions, sprint planning, retrospectives, and risk or issue resolution where deeper PM support is required
  • Identify blockers proactively and drive escalations through the governance model
  • Maintain a consistent operating rhythm across the Chief of Staff, PPL LT, COEs, and consultants
  • Support the creation of executive updates, business reviews, and communications for senior audiences
  • Track adoption, change readiness, and business impact to enable smooth integration and sustainable outcomes
Must-Have Skills
  • Proven experience leading large scale transformation or operating model programs within HR or People functions
  • Strong program management, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication capabilities
  • Ability to bring structure and process to ambiguous environments
  • Hands‑on experience partnering with senior leadership
  • Experience managing external consulting partners
  • Strong analytical and systems‑thinking skills with awareness of interdependencies and downstream impacts
  • Proficiency with tools such as Airtable is preferred but not required
Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with AI-enabled automation within HR or operational workflows
