A leading advisory firm in Canada is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support their Advisory team in Toronto. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for various HR processes, create reports, and develop relationships with internal stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in HR, along with 2+ years of corporate HR experience and fluency in English are required. The role offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $82,000, as well as a comprehensive Total Rewards program.

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our Advisory team. In this role, you’ll partner with the Functional HR Leader and Advisory HR Consultants to operationalize key people strategies that drive engagement, inclusion, and performance. The expected base salary range for this position is $55,000 to $82,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications.
