Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
• Working towards an HR designation preferred.
• Some co-op/internship or relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the process for the district’s student program and recruiting activities.
• Provides support to HRPD team in recruiting and onboarding practices.
• Assists with coordination and administration of training and facilitation plans.
