HP Product Specialist – Technology (Retail Sales Brand Representative)

Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specialized in connecting brands with consumers through Experiential Marketing, Sales & Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing. We are constantly seeking new ideas and innovative ways to help our clients build their brands amidst evolving consumer behaviors and emerging technologies.

We are looking for technology enthusiasts to join our HP product specialist sales team, creating excitement and connections with consumers around HP’s latest print and PC products. Brand ambassadors will proudly represent a leader in consumer electronics at a Staples store near you.

Benefits and Pay:

Competitive, bi-weekly pay

Hourly pay starting at $

After 3 months, employees are eligible for a lump-sum retention bonus (+$1/hour for the first 90 days), and

  • an additional $1/hour wage increase (to $, effective towards all future hours worked)

Employees must be active for 90 days and employed during the program to qualify.

Paid training, available online or on-site, provides valuable product and sales skills for professional development.

Stable weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday) with long weekends off during statutory holidays.

Work within a leading electronics retail environment, learning about top-tier products.

Weekly Schedule:

Saturdays: 12pm – 5pm

Sundays: 12pm – 5pm

This is a 3-month contract with potential for extension. Limited Friday shifts may be available during peak seasons; participation is optional.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and increase brand awareness of HP products.
  • Engage customers with demonstrations of HP features, highlighting customer benefits.
  • Create in-store buzz through passionate engagement.
  • Guide customers to displays, assess their needs, and recommend suitable products.
  • Build strong relationships with store staff.
  • Maintain in-store displays, ensuring they are clean, functional, and ready for demos.
  • Gather and report competitive intelligence on pricing, new products, and merchandising strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all HP products.
  • Submit daily sales reports accurately and promptly.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for technology (computers, printers).
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
  • Ownership of a smartphone.
  • Commitment to scheduled days and hours.
  • Retail, sales, or marketing experience is a plus.
