Howe Dental is seeking a F/T Chair-side Dental Assistant

· Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent

· Wage: $30.00~$33.00/hour (depending on experience)

· Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:

1. Assist the dentist during examinations and dental treatments
2. Prepare dental instruments, fillings, compounds and various dental materials
3. Take X-rays
4. Polish teeth and clinical crowns and apply fluoride and sealant
5. Ensure all dental tools and equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and organized
6. Give patients information about aftercare, including instructions for medication, oral hygiene, and follow-up appointments
7. Keep records of dental procedures performed on patients

Job Requirements:

1. Experience: 1~2 years of relevant experience is required
2. Education: Completion of an 8 month to 1 year college or other program in dental assistance is required
