Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Make beds, change linen, and distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Replenish amenities supplies upon request from guests
• Report and store lost and found items
• Clean public areas as required
• Ensure furniture in the rooms is properly placed
• Assist in carrying guest luggage up to 30kg
• Assist in laundry when needed
• Training of new colleagues
• May talk with guests to provide basic information
• May handle minor complaints
• Stock linen closet and supplies area
• Other duties as assigned

Overview

Position: Seasonal, Full-time at Pursuit Collection in Jasper, AB. The Pursuit Jasper team includes 7 hotels (Pyramid Lake Lodge, The Crimson, Marmot Lodge, Chateau Jasper, Lobstick Lodge, Forest Park Hotel, Miette Mountain Cabins) and 4 restaurants (Aalto, Terra, Hearthstone Lounge, Silverwater). By applying for this role, you’ll be considered for a position at one of these locations. You may work across multiple locations.

Compensation & Schedule

The starting salary is $18.00 per hour. This seasonal role begins May 20, May 27 or June 3 and runs until October 25, 2025.

• Ensure furniture in the rooms is properly placed

• Training of new colleagues
• May talk with guests to provide basic information on facilities and the Jasper area
• May handle minor complaints, and refer to Supervisor as required
• Stock linen closet and supplies area
• Other duties as assigned
