Job description

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food service.

Maintain high standards of guest service, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and consistent delivery of a positive guest experience.

Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize revenues through strategic planning and effective operational management.

Lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational standards.

Monitor property condition and coordinate maintenance and capital improvements as required.

Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports to ownership.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in hotel operations, ideally in a limited-service environment.

Strong business and financial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue and expense targets.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.

Hands-on approach with a focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Proficiency with hotel management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
