Title: Hospitality Supervisor

Location: Winnipeg, MB R3C 0N9

Work location: On site

Salary: $17.00 to $17.25 per hour (to be negotiated) — 24 to 40 hours bi‑weekly

Employment terms: Permanent employment, part‑time leading to full time

Schedule options: Early morning, Evening, Weekend, Shift, Flexible hours

Start date: As soon as possible

Responsibilities
  • Co‑ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Co‑ordinate, assign and review work
  • Respond to complaints of guests
