Tavern 1883 is a restaurant and bar right in the heart of Canmore. We’re known for our good vibes, great food, and friendly team. We’re looking for a down-to-earth, dependable Hospitality Supervisor who enjoys working with people and wants to help us keep things running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
  • Support and supervise our front-of-house team during daily service
  • Make sure guests feel taken care of and help resolve any issues that come up
  • Help train, guide, and motivate staff
  • Assist with scheduling and keeping shifts running efficiently
  • Oversee opening and closing duties
  • Make sure the space stays clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Work closely with the kitchen and management teams to keep service flowing
  • Help with inventory and ordering when needed
  • Ensure we’re following safety, health, and cleanliness standards

  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality
  • Strong communication and people skills
