Job summary

A community care provider in Oxford County, Woodstock is seeking a part-time Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations and support client services in hospice and bereavement care. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in health/social sciences, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and skills in program planning and client engagement. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. The role also includes managing volunteers and ensuring adherence to health policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in community and health-based care is required.
• 1-2 years of program planning and evaluation experience is an asset.
• Experience in volunteer administration is an asset.
• Understanding of not-for-profit healthcare is an asset.

• Provide leadership and coordination of daily operations.
