Home Support Worker

We are seeking a caring and reliable Home Support Worker to provide personal care and assistance to clients with physical disabilities in their homes.

Overview

This role involves administering bedside and personal care, assisting with bathing and hygiene, facilitating regular exercise, providing companionship, and performing light housekeeping duties. The successful candidate will also prepare nutritious meals and ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, kneeling, standing and walking; lifting up to 9 kg (20 lb)

Compensation and Hours

Pay: $22.60 per hour, 30 hours per week. Permanent, full‑time employment with shift options: morning, day, evening. Starts as soon as possible.

Work Setting

On site in Waterloo, ON (postal code N2V 2S7). Optional accommodation is available on a live‑in basis; this is not a condition of employment. Work is performed in the employer’s/ client’s home.
