A reputable heavy equipment service company in Grande Prairie is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician. The successful candidate will perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, complete service reports, and ensure safety compliance. A valid HET journeyman certificate or Alberta Apprenticeship certificate is mandatory, along with a strong ability to use computer equipment and personal tools. Reporting to the Service Manager and Shop Foreman, the technician will be required to perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy‑duty trucks and in all areas of on‑highway vehicles.
The current operating hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm, Technicians may be required to work weekends, and evenings.
