Overview

Position

We are seeking a full-time, part-time, or permanent Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Practitioner to join our team in Nanaimo, BC. Our teams typically work 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

What You Will Do
  • Provide standardized hearing evaluations and a high standard of client care; follow up with clients to ensure needs are met.
  • Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey with a range of audiological assessments and hearing evaluations.
  • Stay informed about new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make meaningful recommendations to clients.
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended.
  • Collaborate with clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls.
What We Are Looking For
  • A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program.
  • Registration in good standing and unrestricted ability to practice with your governing body.
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience.
  • An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members.
