Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ months healthcare security experience required.
• 6+ months supervisor experience preferred.
• Must have certifications in Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive and reactive patrols across the main site and associated facilities.
• Monitor surveillance systems and perform patient watches.
• Respond to incidents, intervene when required, and use de-escalation techniques.
