Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in strategic planning and Program or Project management in the Health and Safety sector.
  • Experience managing people and understanding standards development processes.
  • Good understanding of various processes and procedures as mandated by accreditation.

Responsibilities

  • Hires and develops Project Managers to achieve program objectives.
  • Develops annual business plan for the program including execution plan and budget.
  • Manages relationships with external parties to advance the program's work.
