In This Position, You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Coordinate various health and safety projects targeted within the strategic and operational plan
  • Actively participate in the development of safety policies
  • Promote OHS culture across all operations and coordinate prevention activities
  • Implement a program to adapt to health and safety laws, standards, and regulations and ensure they are applied
  • Be an active member of the health and safety committee, participate in the implementation of committee activities, and recommend initiatives
  • Provide support during investigations and analysis of accidents to identify root causes, corrective actions, and follow-ups
  • Participate in the development and implementation of performance indicators
  • Work as part of a team to conduct risk analyses of equipment and operations, as well as ergonomic analyses, based on established priorities
  • Support operations for health and safety training

  • DEC in Environment, Health, and Safety or Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or any other relevant training
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position within a manufacturing company
  • Very good knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and standards
  • Autonomy; the candidate knows how to take charge of entire projects and follow through on them
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
