  • Expand market share by launching new markets and deepening engagement in core markets.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to optimize user experiences.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, financial modeling, and ROI optimization across campaigns.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking KPIs, ROI, and other performance metrics.
  • Ensure marketing programs align with best practices, brand standards, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and data‑driven skills, with hands‑on experience in marketing analytics, BI systems, and executive‑level reporting.
  • Deep understanding of retention and lifecycle marketing with the ability to scale initiatives.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing campaign ROI.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with C‑level executives.
  • High ownership, prioritization, and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Benefits
  • Fully remote opportunity with flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • 28 vacation days and 7 wellness days per year.
  • Referral bonuses up to $5,000 for successful hires.
  • 50% coverage for professional training, international conferences, and meetings.
  • Corporate discounts for English lessons.
  • Health benefits, including reimbursement for medical insurance or doctor fees up to $1,000 per year.
  • Equipment and workplace support, including desk, chair, and internet reimbursement up to $1,000 every 3 years.
