Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure a high level of customer service is given to each guest.
• Be prepared for a fast‑paced work environment with changing conditions.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Greet and welcome all Lake Minnewanka guests; answer emails and phone calls.
• Ensure smooth operation by coordinating tour boat departures; operate the radio communication hub.
• Operate all POS systems for bookings, ticketing & retail; handle cash and credit transactions.
• Understand and promote all products, services and policies offered by Pursuit BJC.
• Maintain a clean, organized and fully stocked retail floor.
• Sustain a safe environment in all areas controlled by Lake Minnewanka Cruise.
• Participate in the global effort to keep all areas of Minnewanka clean and wildlife safe.

The starting wage for this position is $18.00/hour.
