Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical systems and BAS.
• Building Operator with 1-3 years’ facilities maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine property and site inspections.
• Complete preventive/demand maintenance tasks.
• Inspect, operate, maintain and repair boilers and chillers.
• Monitor electrical power distribution system and respond to alarms.
• Perform minor repairs and ensure energy efficiency.
