Compensation:
- Class Pay: Ranges from $30 to $80 per class, dependent on attendance
- Health and dental benefits for full-time trainers (17+ classes a week)
Bonuses:
- Monthly Bonus Eligibility: $3 to $10 extra per class based on studio performance
Class Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-10 classes per week
We are looking for Group Fitness professionals to lead our coach-inspired, science-backed, and technology-tracked workouts. Our coaches prioritize our members and make it known that they’re an integral part of the studio community. This level of commitment leaves our members feeling inspired and eager to show up as their best selves to every class, always making us proud.
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading and motivating members through pre-designed workouts
- Working in a fast-paced group fitness setting
- Multitasking to ensure all class participants have a high-quality experience
- Helping members set and achieve goals
- Collaborating with the sales team to guide interested individuals, known as 'intros', through their first Orangetheory workout
- Ensuring members use correct form and providing corrections as needed
- Understanding the science behind our workouts, especially heart-rate focused training programs, and staying informed about competitors
- Demonstrating and instructing proper use of all equipment utilized in workouts
- Being a team player
