A regional fitness organization is seeking a passionate Regional Group Fitness Coordinator for their locations in Waterloo, Canada. This part-time role focuses on leading Group Fitness and HIITZone programs while working closely with club management to achieve performance metrics. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in various fitness formats like ZUMBA and TRX, along with a enthusiasm for coaching and mentoring others.
Were looking for a passionate and driven fitness professional to lead and elevate our Group Fitness and HIITZone programs. As a Regional Group Fitness Coordinator, youll play a key role in instructor development, class programming, and member engagement across one or more club locations. Youll work closely with the Club General Manager to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including class attendance and membership retention. This role is a Part Time position (5 hours / week for each club with up to six clubs in each region), but you are able to teach classes in addition to your Coordinator hours. There is an opportunity to create a full time opportunity with this role.
