We’re looking for a & Digital Content Designer to join our team — someone creative, detail-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You’ve got a solid handle on digital advertising, social media marketing, and illustration. If you know how to craft visuals that work across Instagram (posts, stories, carousels), motion content, and branded videos, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design visual assets for social media, web, print, packaging, and digital campaigns
• Create engaging Instagram content — posts, stories, carousels, reels
• Develop campaign graphics for both digital and print, including motion and video-based content
• Collaborate with the social team to build monthly content calendars and marketing assets
• Design marketing materials like posters, flyers, signage, and promotional graphics
• Build brand identities from the ground up — including logos, visual systems, and brand guidelines
• Create cohesive branding elements for businesses across platforms and touchpoints
• Work closely with content, social, and strategy teams to bring creative concepts to life
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to creative direction
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards
• Stay current with trends in design, branding, and digital media — and apply them strategically

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of design experience
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong skills in layout, typography, and visual storytelling
• Experience designing for both digital (social, web) and print formats
• Ability to take direction, apply feedback, and iterate quickly
• Highly organized with strong task management skills, comfortable working in structured systems such as Notion to track projects, deadlines, and feedback
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics (i.e After Effects), Canva, or basic UI & UX understanding in web design.
