Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist golfers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
• Manage tee times, check-ins, and point-of-sale transactions.
• Coordinate cart staging, bag handling, and practice facility operations.
• Provide guests with course information, resort amenities, and local recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of golf services areas.
• Work collaboratively with the golf, F&B, and resort teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
