Responsibilities

  • Oversee CRM and GTM infrastructure, ensuring high data quality and efficient workflow automation.
  • Optimize GTM workflows in partnership with Operations and Product teams.
  • Lead sales analytics and develop dashboards to produce performance insights.
  • Support sales enablement through playbooks and client-facing collateral.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align metrics and operational goals.
  • Mentor and supervise a team of analysts.
