Qualifications

• At least 3–7 years of experience in legal recruiting.
• Proven experience managing or supporting senior-level or executive searches.
• Ability to work during U.S. time zone business hours at least twice per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage lateral partner recruiting processes end-to-end.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and communication for interviews.
• Track candidate progress and maintain records in Greenhouse ATS.
