Job description

What you’ll do...

• Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
• Delegate, assist and follow‑up on the completion of Customer Availability Process tasks – Section Work, Capping bins, Stocking picks.
• Delegate, assist and follow‑up on the completion of price changes and feature sets.
• Delegate, assist and follow‑up on modular completion in assigned area.
• Delegate and support coverage in required areas on the sales floor as needed, including recovery and zoning activities.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard‑free work environment through adherence to company policy and procedures, including completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
• Ensure associate breaks are taken in accordance with coverage.
• Train, coach and offer feedback to associates.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.75. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
