Overview

Our client is urgently seeking a Resort General Manager for their premier boutique resort property in Quebec. The ideal candidate must be fully bilingual and have extensive operational experience with an entrepreneurial flair. This well-known resort is located in Quebec and is recognized for exceptional hospitality and guest services.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the operation, ensuring financial costs and goals are controlled and met while maintaining high service standards.
  • Analyze room and food and beverage costs, control expenses, and develop accurate forecasts and strategies to maximize profits.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative guest services and continuously seek ways to enhance service quality, increase revenues, and improve profitability.
  • Focus on operations with a strong emphasis on customer service, driving guest satisfaction to the highest levels, and providing a safe, clean, and progressive work environment for the team.
  • Manage team performance, increase sales and profitability, maintain effective cost control, and focus on talent development, training, and staff retention.
  • Hold team members accountable, provide strong follow-up, and motivate at all levels with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to develop proactive, rational solutions.
  • Proficiency in social media and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Qualifications & Requirements

Compensation & Benefits
