THE ROLE

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the General Labourer operates industrial vacuum cleaners to remove dirt, heavy debris and other refuse. They wash windows, interior walls and ceilings. They empty trashcans and other waste containers. The General Labourer will clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas. They will troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on heating, cooling and ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.

  • An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered
  • A valid Driver’s License (Ontario)
