What You’ll Do Here

As a Project Controls professional, you will play a key role in supporting project execution, cost control, scheduling, and reporting.

What You Bring to the Team
  • Post‑secondary education in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (C.E.T., B.Sc., B.Comm.).
  • Analysts: Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, cost control, or scheduling.
  • Managers: 7+ years of experience in project controls, with 3 years in leadership.
  • Strong understanding of Earned Value principles and cost engineering.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word), SAP, Power BI, and scheduling software.
  • Experience with Bluebeam and SharePoint is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
  • Adaptability to flexible work schedules and deadlines.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
