Location: Wabasca-Desmarais, AB
Schedule: Full Time — 12-hour shifts, including nights
Pay Rate: $26.01/hour

Responsibilities
- Apply sound decision-making and strong communication skills in all duties.
- Ensure all Safety and Emergency Procedures are followed.
- Follow site-specific Post Orders and attend required training.
- Receive direction from Site Supervisors and Client Service Managers.
- Conduct traffic and pedestrian control at access points.
- Patrol assigned areas (on foot or in vehicle) to ensure building, equipment, and personnel safety.
- Monitor the environment for safety hazards and infractions.
- Report irregularities such as breaches, hazards, and emergencies.
- Provide assistance to individuals as needed.
- Contact emergency responders when required.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of information.
- Respond to inquiries appropriately and professionally.
- Use two-way radios and computer applications.
- Act with professionalism, integrity, and a strong focus on workplace safety.
- Support, motivate, and inspire co-workers to uphold Paladin standards.
- Must be within 30 minutes of Wabasca
- Must be able to work night shift
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts
- Availability for a variety of shifts including weekends
- Ability to obtain Alberta Security License
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license & personal vehicle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to write detailed reports and maintain logs
- Ability to make immediate decisions under pressure
- High level of discretion when handling confidential information
- Physical ability to walk 18–20 km and climb stairs
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- First Aid & CPR Level C certification
