A commercial cleaning franchise in North Cowichan, British Columbia, seeks a Commercial Cleaning Team Leader for a full-time position. You will manage cleaning teams, oversee daily operations, and provide training. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and is physically capable. 1ST SHIFT 6 DAYS A WEEK
WORK TIME: 6.6 HOURS PER DAY (Monday-Saturday)
1-15 min. breaks (unpaid)
1-30 min. lunch breaks (unpaid)
1- combined Rest/meal break time:45min lunch break (unpaid)
Work hours 8am - 2:36 pm (without pay)
Work hours 8am-3:31 pm (with lunch break)
SALARY $17.50- $18.50 per hour
A team leader DAY PORTER manages and performs all cleaning functions. They over-see projects, varies tasks, and help supervise the day-to-day performances of cleaning staff of varies job locations to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride standards. Team leaders will perform administrative tasks such as submitting a daily shift report and mileage reports.
