Job Title: Full stack Developer (React)

Location: Scarborough, ON (3x onsite a week)

Employment Type: Contract

Job Description

• Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications.
• Lead architectural discussions, code reviews and best practice implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Designers, BSA, Back-end team and QA.
• Optimize application for maximum performance and scalability.
• Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs (FIGMA) and implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Work with databases, BFF layers and APIs to build secure and efficient front-end systems.

Technical Skills Required

• Front-end: React, React Native, Next.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SASS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Semantic UI.
• Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, PHP.
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL.
• Other Skills: Strong debugging, performance optimization and problem-solving abilities.
• Nice to have: Banking experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack applications at scale.
