Job description

At Stingray, creativity, collaboration, and innovative technology are the pillars of our DNA. Are you ready to rock your career by joining a growing company, a team of music enthusiasts in a stimulating and fun work environment?

We are currently looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Chatter Research team, a small, agile, and highly versatile squad building a cutting‑edge SaaS platform for conversation analysis.

We are looking for an experienced developer capable of navigating fast‑paced development cycles and making firm technical decisions. In our interdependent environment, success depends on your ability to deliver robust code and, more importantly, to clearly communicate your technical understanding to ensure the team maintains optimal velocity.

  • Architecture & Agentic AI: Design and implement agentic AI workflows and optimized RAG pipelines (balancing vector dimensionality, semantics, and performance)
  • Parallelism & Streaming: Orchestrate parallel streaming API consumption across multiple services, ensuring fluid and robust state management
  • Pragmatic Engineering: Make architectural decisions that prioritize business value. You know how to deliver solid solutions for the 99% of real‑world use cases without getting bogged down in the over‑engineering of marginal edge cases
  • Knowledge Transfer & Collaboration: Act as a “vector of clarity.” You distill complex technical choices into simple concepts to ensure shared understanding across the team.
  • Asynchronous Mastery: Build and monitor critical data processing workflows using Celery and Flower
  • SaaS Lifecycle: Manage multi‑tenancy challenges, complex user permissions, and Django ORM optimization for a growing SaaS platform
  • DevOps Autonomy: Diagnose production issues through logs, navigate our Concourse pipelines, and collaborate with the Infra team on Terraform and AWS concepts
  • Experience (5+ years): A proven track record of delivering complex, distributed SaaS products
  • Full Stack Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Python/Django (ORM, background tasks) and modern frameworks (js, React, or Vue.js)
  • Decision‑Making: The ability to make firm technical trade‑offs in a fast‑paced environment where commitment to delivery is key
  • Exceptional Communication: Capable of documenting and explaining complex concepts in a simple, structured way
  • Anti “Over‑engineering” Mindset: A constant focus on simplicity and efficiency over theoretical complexity
  • Versatility: Comfortable switching from cutting‑edge AI development to strategic maintenance on our Ruby on Rails legacy platform
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Vector Databases (Pinecone, pgvector, etc.)
  • Familiarity with the Ruby on Rails and Sidekiq
  • Practical experience with Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes and AWS services
  • Expertise in PostgreSQL performance tuning and complex query optimization
