Job description

Responsibilities

• Software architecture design
• Rapid software prototyping using AI coding tools
• Work on both front end and backend
• Work with big data (billions of records and petabytes of data)
• Develop infrastructure as code solutions
• Write unit, integration, and performance tests
• Prepare documentation for new and existing code
• Complete two week sprints and participate in sprint retrospectives and daily standup meetings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with Amazon AWS cloud services
• Experience building cloud applications
• Strong background in web and scripting languages
• Strong foundation in computer science algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
• Experience with database design and administration, both NoSQL and SQL
• Experience working with GraphQL
• Experience with web, security and networking technologies
• Comfortable with quick changes in project requirements
• A positive mindset and can-do attitude. This is very important to us
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Experience working with maps and location data is a plus
