As the Nurse Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our exceptional team of professionals. You will oversee managing a 10-bed inpatient unit (with the potential for expansion in the near future) dedicated to providing comprehensive homecare services. While fostering a positive and collaborative work culture, you will ensure our patients receive the highest quality of care, service and support.
Reporting to the Director of Men\'s Centre, the Nurse Manager will be a key member of an interdisciplinary team that promotes recovery, empowerment and improved quality of life to men who are homeless or precariously housed, and who may be struggling with addiction and mental health. The Nurse Manager will ensure that service delivery is executed with an inclusive & non-judgmental lens and that patients are motivated to be engaged in taking an active role in their health literacy.
