• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• A combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive superior customer service experience.
• Supervise and develop staff to maximize performance.
• Manage CSA’s by scheduling, recruiting, and performance management.
• Conduct new hire orientation and training.
