Join our team as a Front End Supervisor to ensure exceptional customer service by supervising our front-line teams. Your organization, attention to detail, and communication skills will help train our associates to make every visit a positive experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervise front-end staff to maintain service standards
  • Oversee register coverage and store supply usage
  • Provide refunds and monitor cash drawer amounts
  • Perform opening and closing procedures
  • Assist customers and address issues
  • Train and mentor new associates
  • Promote company programs and initiatives
  • Other related tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of retail experience
  • At least 1 year of team supervision experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
