Employment Terms: Permanent, full time, 32 hours per week, $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
  • Establish work schedules.
Supervision
  • 5-10 people, including food and beverage servers, counter attendants, food preparers, kitchen helpers, and staff in various areas of responsibility.
