We are looking to add only the best In-Home and flooring sales rep to our team. Youll be working directly with the local owner and our small team to provide our clients with a great experience. To thrive in this role youll need to be self-motivated an independent worker a great communicator highly organized and enjoy a team atmosphere. We are looking for an individual who isnt afraid to work hard including some evenings and weekends. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.

Compensation Package

• Guaranteed Base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $100k - $110k)

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Floor Coverings International processes and systems
• Run company provided leads
• Networking within your specific market to self generate leads
• Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of flooring service requests
• Coordinate installation time and communication schedule with Office Manager
• Communicate customer needs / expectations to Install Manager to make jobs go smoothly
• Ability to maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business
• Engage in on-going training / educational requirements (may involve travel at company expense)

Qualifications

• Flooring sales experience is preferred but not required
• Proven track record of being a $1 million and up rep
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to successfully pass a background check including a clean driving record and other pre-employment screening.

Compensation : $90000.00 - $110000.00 per year
