What you'll do:

Reporting to the Agro Manager, the Floater Operator is responsible for the application of crop protection products at our Brandon Agro location. Responsibilities also include delivering world-class Guest service, loading and proper cleaning, maintaining accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulations regarding application, and the general floater upkeep and maintenance.

Who you are:

• You have excellent communication and customer service skills
• You thrive in a team environment but also work well independently
• You have previous experience operating high clearance sprayers or farm equipment
• You have knowledge of agricultural chemicals and mixing
• A valid Class 1 or 3 Drivers? License an asset
• Position requires outside work, at times for long periods
